TJ is a US Army Veteran and is currently working as a bus driver with Community Transit. Naomi is a dedicated stay-at-home mom. They don’t want to spend over $325,000 on a home or $300,000 on a townhouse/condo (needs to qualify for VA financing).
Here is a list of their needs and wants in a home:
- 1200 SQF (can be less or more, as long as the spaces work)
- 3+ bedrooms, 1+bths
- Some sort of fenced in or private yard space for their two girls to play in
- Dedicated parking space or garage for at least one car
- Cosmetic fixes OK, as TJ is quite handy and they are both eager to put their personal touches on their family home but no major structural projects please as they will be financing with a VA loan
